This painting is awash with beautiful delicate grey running into liquid murky whites. Sitting on top of the lighter shades of grey and white colours are vibrant purples and pinks. In the top right corner of this painting, you can see a pop of luminous orange which really adds spark and energy to this stunning abstract artwork.
This piece has a very contemporary feeling. I really enjoy the delicate balance of soft hues with loud vibrant colours like orange and purple. I feel I have struck a very nice balance in this painting.
Primarily I am an abstract expressionist and this shows in my work. You can see the energy transferred through my brush marks and movement in most of my abstract artworks.
